Wanlin Launches OCPP 1.6J Smart Socket Line for Global Two-Wheeler Charging
Wanlin today announced the worldwide availability of its OCPP smart socket product line — the WANLIN-002 (2 sockets, 2.2 kW) and WANLIN-010 (10 sockets, 10 kW) wall-mounted AC charging stations for e-bikes and electric two-wheelers.
Both models speak OCPP 1.6J (JSON over WebSocket) and are compatible with OCPP 2.0.1, connecting directly to standard CSMS platforms over built-in 4G Cat.1. Every socket is an independent OCPP connector with per-socket metering (0.001 kWh reporting), per-socket status reporting and per-socket power control (0–1000 W, 0.5 A step).
Riders charge by scanning a QR code or tapping an RFID/NFC card; charging stops automatically when batteries are full, and sessions continue through network outages with local authorization and automatic data back-fill. Seven layers of electrical protection — including 30 mA leakage detection with ≤0.1 s response — address the safety concerns specific to two-wheeler battery charging.
"Two-wheeler charging is an operations business, and operations need open standards," said the Wanlin product team. "With WANLIN-002 and WANLIN-010, operators get OCPP interoperability, billing-grade metering and factory-direct OEM/ODM support in one product family."
The line is available for pilot deployments and volume orders worldwide. Contact Wanlin for pricing, datasheets and CSMS integration support.
